Wayne N. Cordes
Wayne N. Cordes graduated from Dickinson College in 1963 with a major in Political Science and thereafter from the Dickinson School of Law in 1966. Following law school, Wayne served in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps of the United States Army from 1966 to 1971. After his discharge, Wayne served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office from 1971 to 1974. Wayne has been in private practice at the firm’s State Street location since 1971, and now concentrates his legal practice on estate planning, estate and trust administration and Orphans’ Court litigation. He also practices in other areas including real estate and zoning matters. He has received an AV-rating from Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest rating in both legal ability and ethical standards, by his peers for professional excellence.
Wayne has also been admitted to the U.S. Court of Military Appeals (1967), the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania (1974), and the U. S. Supreme Court (1977).
Wayne is a member of the Bucks County Estate Planning Council and has been an active member of the Newtown Lions Club since 1974.
