Andrew J. Cordes is the managing member of Cordes Law, LLC. In 1995, he graduated from Lycoming College with majors in Political Science and Psychology. Andrew graduated from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University in 2000. In 2008, he completed the Estate Planning Certificate Program at the Temple University Beasley School of Law.
Andrew has been in private practice at the firm’s State Street location since 2000, focusing his legal practice on estate planning, estate administration, trust administration and Orphans’ Court matters.
Andrew is a member of the Bucks County Bar Association (Orphans’ Court Section), the Bucks County Estate Planning Council, the Bucks County Professionals Network (President from 2020 to the present) and the Newtown Business Association. Andrew is a member of and is currently Vice Chair of the Haycock Township (Bucks County) Planning Commission. He also volunteers on a weekly basis at Last Chance Ranch located in Quakertown, Pennsylvania (www.lastchanceranch.org) and is a member of its Board of Directors.

Denise is an attorney with over twenty years experience focusing in the areas of estate planning, and estate and trust administration. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the Dickinson School of Law and her Master of Laws in Taxation degree from the University of Florida (Go Gators!).
Denise resides in Upper Bucks County with her husband and their pack of rescue dogs. Denise and Andrew have been volunteers at their local animal rescue, Last Chance Ranch, since 2012.

Carrie is the newest member of Cordes Law LLC, joining the firm in 2022. She received her associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies from Bucks County Community College in 2012 and has been a legal assistant in several Bucks County law offices ever since. Carrie assists with the firm’s administrative duties, helping clients and is also involved with assisting the members of the firm in estate and Orphans’ Court matters. Carrie is a resident of Newtown, is married and a mother of two.

Teresa “Teri” is a career paralegal with a diverse legal background, and for the last decade she has been committed to supporting individuals and families through the estate and trust administration processes. Teresa offers guidance to clients caringly as they navigate the legal complexities that follow the loss of a loved one. Teresa is passionate about ensuring that each client receives knowledgeable, efficient, and professional assistance to ease their concerns and properly manage their fiduciary responsibilities.
Teresa holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Religion from La Salle University and is a Notary Public. She lives in Doylestown with her husband and loves to adventure with him, especially to warm and sunny places. Her greatest joy is spending as much time as she can with her children and grandsons.
Wayne N. Cordes graduated from Dickinson College in 1963 with a major in Political Science and thereafter from the Dickinson School of Law in 1966. Following law school, Wayne served in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps of the United States Army from 1966 to1971. After his discharge, Wayne served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office from 1971 to 1974. Wayne was in private practice at the firm’s State Street location from 1971 until his retirement in 2024.
